    Does the advice Mr Venuto gives work? Oh...yes! I bought his book a few years ago and still can't recommend it enough. Even if you don't follow it to the exact word, it will still give you enough to start on the road to a much healthier physique and lifestyle and all the benefits it brings. Once I added it to my gym routine the weight just dropped off! And I mean dropped! Gone. All you need is the dedication, but there's no shortcut available for that. It's hard work.     I first purchased BFFM in 2005 and have read the book 3 times; yes, there is quite a bit of information, hence the reason why I read it 3 times. It's an enjoyable, easy read, so to read it 3 times was not a big deal. I did not read it 3 times back to back. I also recently purchased The Body Fat Solution (the book as well as the audiobook) and it too is proving to be a very good read! I've read/listened to it once so far. Will definitely read/listen to it at least 2 more times! Tom KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT and the way in which he explains it to the reader is EXCELLENT! I can't give Tom enough Kudos. I love these books!
